Interested in reading the boring stuff? Really? Well, here are our Terms & Conditions. 1. Advertised Prices Prices advertised on our website reflect the cost of items at a point in time. We will always try and keep our price list up to date but there may be rare occasions where we are unable to source or provide an item at the advertised price. Where possible, we will always offer a comparable option and or seek your pre-approval of any price change prior to commencing your order. 2. Deposits A 30% deposit is required to commence any personalised or customised order. Sorry but deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. We don't like doing this, but a customised order is exactly that - items that are sourced or personalised as per your specific requirements. We know it's odd but we've found that customers seem to want their own selections and names used in their hampers rather than items that were started for another order. We hope you understand. 3. Printing and Personalisation Come on guys get it right. We'll faithfully reproduce your instructions for any printing and or personalisation. Please ensure that the details including spelling, grammar and any other items or notations are provided to us exactly as you wish them to appear. Savvilicious is not responsible for the proof reading or correcting of any errors. If changes to printing or personalisation is required, reprinting fees will apply accordingly. Reprinting fees vary from $20 - $50 per item (based on size) and will be agreed upon prior to the reprint. Personally, just double-check the spelling before you send the info to us! 4. Competitor Products We pride ourselves on creating premium products and gift services. We are unable to include products in our hampers supplied by other diffuser or candle manufacturers. If you have a preference to use a product or products supplied by other candle manufacturers, you can opt for a 'packaging-only' solution, such as a personalised gift box. We'll still make the other products look absolutely great, but they're unlikely to ever look as good as ours. Savvilicious Scented Candles and Gifts is not liable or responsible for any competitor products nor product contents or packaging once it has left the premises 5. Pop surprise balloons They're not called 'POP' for no reason. Our pop surprise balloons are very delicate and require the right handling for optimal appearance. Always keep pop surprise balloon out of direct sunlight and air conditioning. Always carry by the base box only and never by the top of the balloon. Always keep the gift base flat and away from sharp objects. Savvilicious is not responsible for any pop surprise balloons once the item had been collected or delivered. We recommend that you gift the pop surprise balloon the same day as it is collected to ensure the best quality of the pop balloon, Pop surprise balloons can not be shipped via post, only via courier or collection at one of our specified pick-up locations 6. Delivery and Collection of orders We will always try and work in with your delivery and or collection preferences. We will also endeavor to accommodate any changes to the collection or delivery of orders if it can be accommodated. If an incorrect address is provided, we may charge a re-delivery charge. If changes to a shipping address need to be made prior to dispatch, additional charges may apply. Savvilicious scented candles and gifts are not liable or responsible for any products once it has left the premises. 7. Where respect your Privacy We have to be honest. We actually don't mind if you tell everyone about us but we promise to never ever share, outsource or divulge, either directly or indirectly (via a third or sub-contracted provider) any personal details that might be provided to us to complete your order.
